About Prophetess Kandre'a Toliver 

Jeremiah 1:5 NKJV “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

 

Kandre’a , born and raised in a small rural city of Mays Landing, New Jersey. She loved and grew up in her former home church, Redeeming Love Christian Fellowship, where the pastor was the late Bishop William C Oatman Sr. and Overseer Alicia Oatman-Gadson is now the current pastor.

 

In September of 2015, she relocated became a resident of North Carolina in October of 2015. Kandrea found a new church home, and started her training as a minister in 2017 at The Powerhouse Church International, where her pastor is Pastor Kevin L. Davis.

 

The ministry transitioned and is now known as The Refuge Church. Under the same leadership, Kandre’a was licensed in 2019 as a minister at The Refuge Church. In 2021, the announcement was made that Kandre’a was being elevated to the office of prophet and then later was affirmed as prophet in June of 2022. Since then, she has hit the ground running completing the assignment God has placed upon her life.

 

She currently serves as Prophetess and Head Intercessor at The Refuge Church located in Chadbourn, North Carolina, under the wonderful leadership of Pastor Kevin L. Davis and Lady Velinda Davis. Kandre’a has a heart of gold and is known by her impactful intercession. She believes she has the heart of God, because she has a heart for Gods people. -Prophetess Kandrea Toliver
